1) Waterfront Views
I mean… this pretty much speaks for itself, right? The waterfront views are epic on camera but also have an overall special feel to them. There’s something about the waterside shore breeze that gives life to the day and provides a beautifully serene environment. 2) Wedding Ceremony and Reception Options
Celebrations at the Bay has a multitude of location options to accommodate your dream wedding. There are three main sections at this wedding venue to choose from – the Tented Vista Ballroom, the Chesapeake Ballroom, and the Knollview House. All three options are all-inclusive meaning you can host both your wedding ceremony and reception.
The Tented Vista Ballroom is ideal for gatherings of around 250 people which includes a larger ceremony spot with an elegant tented reception space afterward. The Chesapeake Ballroom comfortably hosts 150 people and featured both indoor and outdoor ceremony options with the ballroom itself featuring large windows for beautiful natural light photos. The Knollview House features a beautiful ceremony space ideal for smaller gatherings of around 60 guests.
All three options take advantage of the wonderful scenery and have so much more to offer!
3) Venue Lighting
While there’s lots of natural light to take advantage of at Celebrations at the Bay, there are also great indoor lighting options too for both receptions and in the event that weather challenges require a change in ceremony scenery. When indoors, the neutral color palettes allow photographers and videographers alike great flexibility when capturing your special day. When the night comes, the indoor venue lighting creates a lovely atmosphere for family and loved ones to dance the night away.
4) Portrait Locations
Bride and groom portraits at Celebrations at the Bay are ridiculous! The pier provides an excellent opportunity to capture the beautiful waterfront views. Group pictures of friends and family with the Chesapeake Bay in the background are also a bunch of fun to capture.
5) Full-Service Wedding Day
Celebrations at the Bay offers full-service wedding packages which are great if you’re looking to check a ton of boxes off at once.
